2. Bonding of pipes and fittings: Before bonding the pipes and fittings, a trial assembly is carried out to determine the installation position and make marks. The mating points of the pipes and fittings are lightly wiped with sandpaper or gauze, and then wiped with cotton yarn dipped in acetone. After the acetone evaporates, a layer of adhesive is evenly applied with a brush on the bonding surface of the pipes and fittings, without omission. Flatten and insert, then rotate to the desired combination angle for installation. Use a wooden mallet to strike and fully insert the pipe into the socket. After about 2-3 minutes, it can be fixed on its own. At this time, it is important to avoid forcibly opening or turning the direction, otherwise it may cause leakage. After assembly, promptly wipe off any excess adhesive that overflows from the bonding area to keep the pipeline clean.

3. Connection of the expansion pipe: First, clean the inner wall of the expansion pipe and the outer wall of the straight pipe insertion part. Rotate the rubber ring into the groove at the expansion end (with the sloping end facing outward), and then connect the rubber ring. Apply lubricant to the insertion part of the straight pipe. Align the straight pipe insertion end with the flared end and insert it. According to the construction site, a wire winding machine or a pry mixer can be used to insert the straight pipe into the marked position and measure the length of the expansion part, and mark it on the inserted straight pipe (the length should be shorter than the expansion length).
